CONTEST OPEN TO ALL USERS OF STRAYK.

HOW TO ENTER:

All participants have to register with a nickname, a valid email address and limited personal data acquired exclusively for the purpose of running the contest. After registering, the registrar will receive a unique SERIAL NUMBER (displayed on the screen and sent in an email). The registration process ends by entering the Serial Number into the Login form of the Strayk program
(right mouse click on the Strayk icon displayed in the lower right corner of the screen – the notification area – to open the pop-up menu; select Help – Register; enter the Serial Number into the Login form and click Done)

THE REGISTRATION IS NEEDED ONLY ONCE FOR ANY FUTURE CONTESTS. If Strayk is installed on another computer and have lost your serial number, you can request it by logging in to the member area.

LIMIT: ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.

COMPUTATION OF POINTS

1. DOWNLOADING WALLPAPERS

1 point will be recorded for the FIRST wallpaper that has been completely downloaded on a given day.

Downloading several wallpapers the same day will always be calculated as 1 point, regardless of the number of wallpapers downloaded.
WHO EARNS POINTS
A user earns points for the wallpapers downloaded

by himself,

by whom he has been invited by to use Strayk,

by those who have been invited by him to use Strayk.

IMPORTANT:
Points earned by others will only be added if the user himself has been active the same day!
Example: if a user downloads a wallpaper on Tuesday, and another user, invited by him, does the same, both will earn 2 points. If, however, the first user has not made any download that day, he will not get any points at all, even if the other has made a download and got 1 point.

2. UPLOADING IMAGES
Additionally, 3 points will be added for each uploaded photo that has been accepted for broadcasting in an appropriate category (Attention: by clicking the upload button, the user declares that he has the exclusive copyright for the photo and confers the right to publish the image).

WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZES:

All the participants who entered the contest will be ranked according to the number of points collected during the given time period (the time frame may vary from contest to contest: month, quarter, 6-months-period, year).
The three (3) participants topping the ranking will be declared prize winners the day after the end of the contest dead line.

The results of the contest are exclusively published under the supervision of Parsec Tech Inc. on the official Strayk.com contest web.

The prize will be sent to the address of the user. Potential winners will be notified by email and listed (with their nicknames and location) on the contest results page.

Prizes will be awarded to alternate potential winners (next in ranking) if prize is returned as undeliverable. Prizes are guaranteed to be awarded in accordance with these rules. The prize includes transport costs, but not potential customs fees that are the sole responsibility of the prizewinner.

GENERAL RULES:

Employees of Strayk.com, Parsec Tech Inc. and Ergondata snc or their parents, affiliates or subsidiaries and members of their immediate families are not eligible. All applicable laws and regulations apply. Sweepstakes offer void wherever prohibited by law. Entries received from persons residing in geographic areas in which entry is not permissible will be disqualified. No liability is assumed for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate or misdirected e-mail or mail, for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connection, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions, telephone connections or any human error which may occur in the receipt of processing of the entries in this Contest. Strayk.com, Parsec Tech Inc. and Ergondata snc and their parents, affiliates and subsidiaries are not responsible for errors in printing or electronic presentation of the Contest. If for any reason internet sites of the Contest are not capable of running as planned, including infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Strayk.com, Parsec Tech Inc. and Ergondata snc, which corrupt and affect the administration, secrecy, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Strayk.com, Parsec Tech Inc. and Ergondata snc reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the internet site. In the event the internet site is terminated, a notice will be posted on that site and all entries received prior to the termination will participate in the contest. In the event of a dispute regarding online entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized holder of the e-mail account submitted at the time of entry. Authorized account holder is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by the Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization that is responsible for arranging e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Strayk.com, Parsec Tech Inc. and Ergondata snc assumes no responsibility for any computer injury or damage related to or resulting from accessing and/or downloading any contest material. Winners agree that Strayk.com, Parsec Tech Inc. and Ergondata snc, its subsidiaries, affiliates, agents and promotion agencies shall not be liable for injuries or losses of any kind resulting from acceptance of or use of their prize.
